Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders!

The approximate shipping time accords to each country:

United Kingdom, United States, Australia, France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Russia: 
3-7 working days*.

Others: 12-20 working days*.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Covid-19 Updates:
We have seen delays with orders due to USPS and other postal services seeing an influx of packages. We expected these delays. We ask that you remain patient and know that your package has been paid for and shipped. Thank you.
Expect to see delays on your package from anywhere between 5 to 15 business days. This included resends.
We have not seen many delays with our customers yet, but with the rising amount of packages from around the world and lowering postal workers,  we have made the decision to let you all know about the almost inevitable delays. 

If USPS, Canada Post, or other postal services we use decide to shut down, please understand that if your package was already paid for by us to ship, you will not be receiving a refund until the package has been received and sent back to us.

Coronavirus and shipping delays
With the rapid spread of Covid-19, all areas of business and workspace are being effected. OralSmile.co.uk is no exception to this. We are taking the necessary precautions to help stop the spread of this deadly virus by allowing our staff to stay home and self-quarantine. 

Although a small amount of staff is still working in the warehouse, our manpower has been halved. This means packages could potentially see delays. We ask that you remain patient amongst this global crisis and do not worry. Your packages and order will reach you. If not within our standard 15-20 business day time frame, it will shortly after.

Please Note: Because of high demand during the Black Friday and other holidays, there is potential for extended fulfillment times.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer in our control. This means that certain fees can be placed on packages depending on your location. This depends on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged an extra fee for the final delivery or an import tax. This is probably due to that your shipping address is in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order. OralSmile will not cover any extra expenses needed to receive orders.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
